Located along the Upper Iowa River in Northeast Iowa, less than an hour from the Mississippi River.
Visit the boyhood home and farm of Dr. Norman Borlaug and stop in at the Iowa Wrestling Hall of Fame.

Truly a trail for all seasons, the Prairie Springs Recreational Trail is a three-mile hard surface route that winds from Cresco to Prairie's Edge Nature Center along the Turkey River.
Breathtaking beauty and glorious displays of nature can be seen the entire length of the trail surprising the delighted recreational enthusiast with prairie grass, birds, flowers, wildlife, rolling farmland, and shaded woods.
