Country Winds Manor in Cresco, IA is looking to hire Full-time or Part-time CNA's for 1st and 2nd shift to work in the Patty Elwood Center. AM (1st shift) hours range from 6am-2pm, while PM (2nd shift) hours range from 2pm-10pm. At Country Winds Manor, we pride ourselves in providing excellent care to those with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Majority of CNA responsibilities include: performing/assisting residents with personal grooming needs (shaving, hair care, nail care, oral hygiene/denture care, skin care, toileting and showering), assisting residents with dressing, observing and reporting resident concerns, and conducting appropriate charting to reflect the residents abilities.

Country Winds Manor, located in Cresco, IA, is a dementia-specific care facility looking to hire patient, kind, compassionate, and professional nursing staff to join our team. We are in need of one full-time RN (or 2 part-time) to complete our team.

Some core job responsibilities include:

Communicate effectively and appropriately within internal and external relationships, along with the ability to work effectively and communicate with persons with dementia. Become familiar with resident's care plans and perform the nursing actions of written care plan. Assess emergency situations and respond to them according to established guidelines as evident by proper documentation, consultation with the physician, and hospital if needed.

Demonstrate knowledge, proficiency, and competency in use of job specific skills and equipment. Administer medications according to facility policies and procedures. Note and follow through with physician orders and within a timely manner.
